MINISTRIES
OUR DESIRE IS
to reach others with the gospel of Christ and to honor the Lord by submitting to His word in our daily lives.
ADULTS
Men's Ministries - We offer many opportunities for our men to fellowship together and for growth. Whether it's a Father and Son Barbeque or our monthly prayer breakfasts, we desire to encourage one another to grow closer to God.
Ladies' Ministries - The ladies ministry at Westview provides a variety of opportunities designed to encourage and edify one another toward Christ likeness. We offer Bible studies, fellowship activities, and many service opportunities throughout the year.
WESTEENS
What is WesTeens? The purpose of WesTeens is to share with others the salvation of Christ, grow in the knowledge of Him, glory in His majesty, connect with other followers of Him, and to serve Him daily with our lives.
Our youth ministry strives to encourage every teenager to develop a close personal relationship with the Lord. During Sunday School, we meet in the teen room upstairs for a bible study that’s strongly focused on teaching that is both biblical and relevant to today. Wednesday evenings is when we hold our SIGMA meetings from 7:00 -8:30 pm. This is a night filled with games, worship, prayer, and most importantly strong teaching from the Word of God.
KIDS CLUB
We provide child care for children 2 and under during every service.
Sunday School classes are divided by age groups to insure that each child receives teaching appropriate to their age level.
Beginner Church is provided after the Sunday morning song service. This is a time of Bible learning and is available for children ages 3-5.
Kid's Club is our Wednesday evening children's program that takes place during the school year. This is an exciting time for your child that includes games, verse time, and most importantly-teaching from the Word of God.
MISSIONS
We believe missions work is a command by God given to us in Matthew 28:19-20. We obey this command by seeking to share the gospel of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection with those we meet in the Rocky Mount area.
We also obey this command by supporting missions work both in the USA and around the world through prayer and giving.
