Mark was raised in a Christian home and trusted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. While a young teen at the Wilds Christian Camp, he surrendered his life to Christ in full time Christian service. In 2001, he enrolled at Northland Baptist Bible College where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Bible and Missions.
In 2005 he enrolled in the Bob Jones University Seminary where he earned his Master’s degree in Pastoral Studies. It was during this time at Bob Jones University that Mark met Lisa, and the two were married upon their graduation.
Prior to accepting the pastorate at Westview Baptist Church, Mark served as the Youth Pastor of Westgate Baptist Church in Spartanburg, SC for six and a half years.
